Pistachio “everything” Crackers

sbfkxkwrjxgoesvdhtsd0cf5d1va4xixThese crackers are a snack that I whipped up with some ingredients I had on hand. They taste like the cracker version of everything bagels and taste amazing with some cheese on top. The great thing about these crackers is that they are raw, vegan, gluten-free, paleo, and ketogenic so you have nothing to feel guilty about!

Preparation

1.Place all of your ingredients in a large mixing bowl. With clean hands, mix everything together until well combined.

2.Scoop out the mixture and place it on your dehydrator trays. I recommend using the teflex or para flex sheets on top of the tray. If you don’t have those, you could use parchment paper. Smooth the mixture out nicely to make a square shape.

3.Use a pizza cutter or large knife to cut the “dough” into crackers. I did mine 7 x 5, but you can cut them to be as small or large as you like.

4.Use a fork to poke holes into each cracker then garnish each cracker with poppy seeds.

5.Place the tray in your dehydrator at 115 degrees F. After 6 hours, remove the tray and take the crackers off of the teflex sheet and onto your dehydrator tray. Doing this will help the bottoms of the crackers to dry much more quickly. Put the tray back in your dehydrator for 6-8  more hours. The time will vary depending on climate so just taste test here and there until they are the softness or crunchiness you prefer. Store them in an airtight container for several weeks (depending on dryness).
